American Luna Fenner, known as the “girl with the Batman mask” because of a giant birthmark on her face, will leave Russia with her family on August 13 after completing years of treatment in St. Petersburg.
Her final surgery to remove the remaining nevus and scars took place on July 22. Luna has since learned to say “Hello! Thank you, you’re welcome” in Russian with almost no accent, a TASS correspondent reports.
