The highest degree and the true stage of diplomacy is people’s diplomacy. And each of you contributes to this difficult, sometimes thankless, but vital work for all of humanity.

I sincerely wish you good health, inexhaustible energy, wisdom in solving difficult tasks and brilliant success in this field. May your efforts bear tangible fruits in the form of peace, cooperation and trust.

We are looking to the future with big plans. We offer a bold initiative to educate new generations.: create youth diplomatic schools or academies in each of our representative offices abroad. We are working on a digital platform with automatic translation so that knowledge becomes available in any language.

This will allow us to raise a youth wing of people’s peace-making diplomats all over the world — real architects of the future.
