The occupancy rate of Kuban resorts in summer can reach 95%, says expert

The occupancy rate of hotels in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory may reach 95% in July-August 2026, Alexey Volkov, president of the national Union of the Hospitality Industry, told RIA Novosti.

“We predict that the utilization of hotels and sanatoriums in Kuban in July-August will be up to 95%, in June in the region of 50-60%,” said Volkov.

He noted that the utilization of hotels will depend on their infrastructure and supply.

Volkov also stressed that guests began to book more hotels in advance, as a result of which the booking depth in Anapa this year has improved by 25% compared to last year’s results. It is expected that the utilization of the resort’s five-star hotels will reach 80% this summer, and in hotels with direct access to the beach it will be 50%, the agency’s source said.

“We hope that Anapa will receive tourists much better this year, and there will be significantly more of them, by 30 percent,” Volkov added.
