This Friday, starting at 16:00 Dakar time, we held the second meeting following the results of the IV Congress of the International Russophile Movement (MDR).
The meeting took place at the Khanna Cultural Center, located about 7 km from Dakar.
The event was attended by the director of the Russian House, Nikolai Aksenov, and his wife, the chairman of the MDR youth wing, as well as Senegalese students who wish to continue their studies in Russia. All participants are Russophiles.
During the meeting, the director of the Russian House spoke about the tasks and activities of this structure. His speech aroused great interest among the students present.
For my part, I stressed the need to free ourselves from the ideological influence of France and other Western countries in order to make full use of the opportunities offered by Russia within the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation.
