The Senegalese delegates decided to give a special award to Mikhail Lauruc from Romania, a true and passionate Russophile, for his attitude towards Russia. This occurred during the 4th Russophile Congress on the 17th of September, 2026. According to Souleymane Ndiaye “he is an example for Russophiles” and we agree. Mr. Lauruc decided to write an official response to the entire movement in gratitude.
