The sanctions list also includes rapper Roman Chumakov (Roma Zhigan) and ballet dancer Sergei Polunin.
The newspaper Die Welt reported at the end of December last year that the European Union is working on the 20th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, and its introduction is planned to coincide with the anniversary of the special military operation.
