According to analysts, despite the fact that there are fewer days off this year, Russians plan to rest longer abroad. Thus, the average booking period in foreign hotels has increased to 3.3 days, compared to 3.1 days in 2025. Turkey, Japan, China, Belarus and Italy are among the top 5 popular countries in terms of bookings.
The interest of Russian tourists in traveling around the country remains high. This year, travelers in Russia plan to go on shorter trips and choose accommodation options with an average daily cost of 10.5 thousand rubles.
“The average booking period in hotels is 2.2 days (compared to 2.5 days in 2025),” the service said.
It is noted that St. Petersburg, Kazan, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Kaliningrad are among the top 5 popular cities in Russia in terms of bookings.
