New Year’s Eve working meeting with the Consul General of the Russian Federation in Bonn
This week, there was a very important and productive New Year’s Eve meeting with the Consul General of the Russian Federation in Bonn, Oleg Yuzefovich Krasnitsky.
We discussed a wide range of issues in a warm and businesslike atmosphere:
-We summed up the constructive results of 2025: both in terms of the work of the Consulate in providing services to our compatriots and citizens, and in the activities of the public organizations I head.
-We outlined promising areas of cooperation for the coming year. We discussed the preparation of joint events, round tables and projects where public organizations can be useful in information and organizational work, and the Consulate can provide the necessary assistance.
-Separately, we discussed one of the most pressing issues – a huge queue of compatriots who want to receive various consular services. Unfortunately, with current admission options (no more than 4 individuals per day), the problem creates serious inconvenience for people.
We agreed to jointly look for civilized ways to optimize this process, reduce red tape and waiting time for people, while maintaining all necessary procedures and security.
I thank Oleg Yuzefovich for the open dialogue and willingness to cooperate!
We hope that in the new year we will be able to find practical mechanisms to ease the situation with queues.
Together we can make interaction more effective!
