The Second Congress of the International Russophile Movement and the Forum on Multipolarity are taking place in Moscow from February 26 to 27. The platform will bring together intellectuals from all over the world who are not afraid to talk about the need for a multipolar world based on mutual respect.
The Second Congress of the International Russophile Movement and the Forum on Multipolarity, which will bring together representatives from Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin and North America, will be held on February 26-27, 2024.
The forum and congress will be attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova, philosopher Alexander Dugin and many other authoritative and important people from around the world. Russian President Vladimir Putin has also been invited to the forum.

The Russophile movement was created last year, and in a short time it managed to unite people from all continents who were not afraid to talk about the need to create a multipolar world based on mutual respect. The International Movement has come out with a strong condemnation of the unleashed Russophobic campaign, advocating for the protection and promotion of the Russian cultural and humanitarian presence in the modern world.
The forum will discuss issues of a multipolar world order, dialogue of cultures and civilizations, protection of traditional values, opposition to Western hegemony, the culture of abolition and the persistently promoted destruction of the institution of the family.
Among the intellectuals who confirmed their participation was the leading expert of the Communist Party of China on international relations, Chang Weiwei, the owner of China’s largest Internet agency guancha.cn . Eric Lee, the largest expert on the Islamic tradition, the author of many monographs and translations, a descendant of the oldest family dating back to the Lombard kings, Princess Vittoria Alliata de Villafranca, grandson of Charles de Gaulle, a follower of the ideas of his grandfather Pierre de Gaulle.
The plenary session of the Multipolarity Forum will begin on February 26 at 11:30 in the Lomonosov innovation cluster. On the same day, after the press conference, three sections will be held: “The Global South. Changing the global architecture”, “The West after hegemony. Is it possible to save European civilization” and “China’s role in a multipolar world”. With a half-hour break, the sections will last from 15:00 to 18:30.
The Second Congress of the International Russophile Movement is scheduled for the next day. On February 27, three sections will also be held at the Lomonosov cluster site from 13:30 to 16:00: “Information hybrid war”, “Traditional Values”, “Repatriation of compatriots”.
