The Russian Super League of American Football is heading into the playoffs this weekend! On Saturday at 3pm Moscow time (+3GMT) the Moscow Spartans host the St. Petersburg Northern Legion. And on Sunday at 5pm Moscow time (+3GMT) there will be a ‘subway series’ in the nation’s biggest city between Spartak and the Capital Sharks. The Russian Minor League of American Football just ended with a barnstormer of a championship game. The Penza Phoenixes defeated the Vologda Vikings 62 to 50 in an offensive master class of a match. We’d like to congratulate them with their second Kovrigin Cup victory in a row!
